Friday night the MdCV Trojans travel to Central Heights. JV Girls will play 2 quarters in the small gym, tipping off at 4:30 PM, the JV Boys will follow playing 4 quarters in the the small gym. Varsity Girls will tip-off at 6:00 PM in the big gym, followed by Varsity Boys.
REMINDER: A HS parent meeting about Career and Tech Education program enrollment, including Washburn Tech, will be held on Wednesday, February 15th at 6pm. Additionally, an 8th grade parent meeting about Freshman Enrollment will be held on Thursday, February 16th at 6pm. Both meetings will be held in the JH Art room. If able, it is highly encouraged for parents to attend.

K-5 has volleyball camp today. Remember students need to be picked up at 5:00 PM at the elementary school.
On Friday the Trojans celebrated Queen of Courts with the theme “Hollywood Throwback”. Congratulations to King Max Davis and Queen Katy Parker!
Menu change for Wednesday, February 16 at the elementary school. There are some minor changes on side dishes as well. Please check the dining section of our website and/or app for the most current menu.
Reminder tomorrow is early release. Students will be dismissed at 12:30.
Tomorrow night Queen of Courts night tips off at 5:00 PM, schedule below. Lyndon State Bank will be at the games throwing out t-shirts. The Queen of Courts ceremony will be held at half-time of the varsity boy's game.
Class pictures for Junior and High School are tomorrow. Their spirit day will be changing to hat day.
Elementary class pictures are Friday. Students will change into their reading shirts for the picture. Elementary spirit days remain the same.

Tomorrow, the Trojans travel to Chase County. In the North Gym JV boys will begin at 4:30 followed by Varsity girls at 6PM and Varsity boys at 7:30. In the South Gym, there will be 2 quarters of C Team boys at 6PM, followed by 2 quarters of JV Girls at 7:30.
Due to weather last week, the Regional Scholar's Bowl Meet has been rescheduled for today, Monday February 7th, at Marmaton Valley. The Regional Meet will begin at 4:00 PM.

Tonight is Throwback Night. Come out and support the Trojans, honor the 1960 Quenemo State Championship and 1962 Melvern State Championship Teams, and the JH Girls League Basketball Championship! Anyone with a letter jacket gets in for free!
Starting Monday, February 7 MdCV will be celebrating Queen of Courts week. Both schools will be doing Spirit Week and the theme this year is Hollywood Flashback.
