Our MdCV Pep Bus hit the road this morning, packed with Trojan spirit and smiles, heading to Emporia to cheer on our Lady Trojans at the State Volleyball Tournament!
It’s been 22 years since MdCV Volleyball reached the state stage, and these students made sure our girls knew the whole Trojan family was behind them every step of the way. Proud of the energy, pride, and heart our students brought today—this is what Trojan Pride looks like!

📣 State Volleyball Send-Off
Join us Friday morning at 8:15 AM as we line Main Street and cheer on our girls before they head to White Auditorium in Emporia for the KSHSAA State Tournament! Let’s fill the morning with Trojan pride — horns honking, signs waving, and a sea of orange and blue!
👮 Police Escort
A special thank-you to our county Sheriffs Department and Deputy Wagstaff for providing a police escort out of town — helping us send our girls off in true Trojan style!
🚌 Pep Bus Info
The pep bus will stop at Quenemo Elementary (arrive 9:25, depart 9:40) and then Melvern JH/HS (arrive 10:00, depart 10:15) to take JH/HS students who have signed up in the office to White Auditorium.
🏐 Tournament Schedule (Pool Play)
Team introductions begin at 9:15 AM at White Auditorium.
• 11:00 AM – MdCV vs Axtell
• 1:00 PM – MdCV vs Hanover
• 3:00 PM – MdCV vs Victoria
Games will run through the afternoon. Let’s bring the energy and show Kansas what Trojan pride looks like!
