The Marais des Cygnes Valley 8th grade class visited a local bank to learn about how to open a checking and savings account. Lyndon State Bank opened their door to our 8th grade students to give them a lesson in money management.
During the trip, Marcia Patterson (Mortgage Professional at LSB) explained the difference between the two accounts and how each one helps people manage their money.
