February Super Scientist at MdCV Elementary

Marais des Cygnes Valley Elementary students have been taking advantage of these past few weeks with the “snow and ice” days we have had with some pretty creative STEM extra credit activities.  We had 25 future scientists bring projects ranging from rocks, minerals and fossils to homemade snow ice cream and mixing of colors with snow.  Freezing bubbles during our snow/ice days and building AWESOME Lego projects when . . .

District Site Council Volunteers

Parents/Guardians, As part of our accreditation process with the Kansas Department of Education, we are required to put together a team to form a District Site Council. This team would meet twice a year to review current initiatives and provide feedback on the direction of the district.
